Free Introductory Call
I offer a free 20–30 minute phone or video chat so we can gently explore whether we feel like a good fit. Feeling at ease with your counsellor makes such a difference, and this time is really about giving you space to sense that comfort. You are welcome to ask anything that is on your mind and share whatever has brought you to counselling. There is no expectation or pressure to commit — just an open, relaxed conversation.
